I have always believed that self-reflection should not be taken lightly. To neglect to take such a very essential and important task seriously would be dangerous if not disastrous. Recollection, evaluation, analysis, self-debate, and regret are all vital to reconciliation with oneself and ultimately with other people much more important than ourselves.

What better way to portray the ongoing “search” for oneself than through images depicting a literal reflection of that very same self? For me, glass and other such shiny surfaces only maximize the potential for me to be able to look myself straight in the heart via the eyes and say, “Hey, don’t forget, you could never do this alone.”
